What do you do when you have invested in an advanced HR system that holds you back? You rebuild it!

Over the past few years, Awave has helped Electrolux maneuver an HR tool that did not possess the built-in flexibility they need. The system was rigid, had a complicated interface and the lead times to get improvements done did not match their fast, iterative ways of working.
Having worked with the system previously, we helped to develop customized solutions for multiple purposes. To facilitate and streamline the content management in their internal systems, we have developed a custom tool and integrated it to achieve faster and easier updates.

Comprehensive UX work with focus on both visitors and administrators

Since many of the solutions that Electrolux sought consisted of building portals for both administrative and inspirational purposes, there have always been at least two target groups to consider. With that in mind, Awave has been the driving force in developing intuitive and attractive UX solutions that look good not only to the end user, but also to the administrator.
