Having worked with customized system solutions for many years has given us experience in the programming languages PHP, C # .NET, VB: Net and Java and we also work with the databases MySQL, MSSQL, ORACLE, MONGODB and PostgreSQL.
When we build systems, we follow our own process, which means that we have one or more project managers who coordinate and pilot the project from beginning to end. We also attach great importance to pre-study, systemization, programming and testing, implementation and finally training. After working on the new system, Awave always offers customized operations and support agreements.
The process of system development
Pre-study / Analysis / Requirements
In a pre-study, the problem area is delimited so that the focus is on the parts that give the greatest effect and benefit to the business.
The pre-study also sets out the different goals that exist for different stakeholders. All of the requirements that is gathered in the pre-study results in a requirements specification which lays the foundation for the new system.
Systemization, programming and testing
In order to create a basis for programming the system, we use the requirements specification to develop information flow models and various functions.
Once databases and user interfaces have been developed, the project moves to the phase where the system is being tested. When you test a new system you do system and program tests, user tests and finally acceptance tests.
Implementation, training and launch
Before the developed system is put into operation, its users are trained in the management of the new system and we also establish a management organization.
The last thing happening before the system is put into operation is that users receive training and operating documentation which includes – among other things – what they have gone through during the training.
Maintenance and support
Since all systems we build are uniquely tailored to each individual business, we always offer service and support.
Our support agreements include your own personal technician and contact person, quick response time and telephone support. We also work extensively in our own case management system where your business can easily communicate directly with Awave’s employees.
