Drupal releases date for version 10.0.0

A preliminary date has now been set for when the next major version of Drupal (Drupal 10.0.0) will be released. It is set to be August 17, 2022.

But what if you are still sitting with Drupal 7? Then you can be calm. Drupal has just announced that they are extending the end-of-life date to November 1, 2023 and will evaluate next summer if they will extend the support further. If you have a website with Drupal 8, however, you should consider upgrading to Drupal 9, as the support from Drupal 8 has already ended and is a so-called dead product.
